  • Accessories:  Instant access to matching accessories associated with an item... available from within the item list, as well as when entering a purchase order (greatly reducing errors made in ordering incorrect accessories).

  • Automatic Updates to Dealer Accounting System:  one problem dealers constantly struggle with is updating their own QuickBooks accounting system when their vendors change their pricing or add new products.  This option gives the vendor's dealers the ability to automatically update their QuickBooks system with information from Crik-IT.  So, when the vendor updates their pricing, their dealers can have their QuickBooks system automatically updated with the new prices from Crik-IT.  Or if the vendor adds new products, their dealers can have Crik-IT automatically update their QuickBooks system with the new items.  Note:  Crik-Link tools for other accounting systems are possible too.  Please contact us if you would like to see a Crik-Link tool developed for your accounting system.

  • Contact Notes: Crik-IT provides a web-based, centralized location for vendor reps and staff to record notes about contacts with customers. 

  • Dealer Staff Tools:  Crik-IT provides dealer staff with the tools they need to sell more, dramatically shortening the learning curve to get new salespeople profitable. 

  • Display Units:  Easy access to information about items on display at customer locations. 

  • Email Alerts: order confirmation not received from vendor;  order confirmation discrepancies with purchase order;  ship date delays;  credit hold status.

  • Inventory Availability:  Shows vendor's inventory available quantities or other availability indication; by warehouse location; updated throughout the day.  If vendor is overcommitted on an item, vendor can show the date that item will next be available.

  • Invoice History & Serial Number Detail:  2 to 3 years of invoice history including line item detail, payment status, last payment date, credits and prepayments, and serial numbers.

  • Item List:  Vendor SKU, Item Description, Suggested Retail Price (SRP), Dealer Cost, Direct Link to Manufacturer's Product Web Page for the particular item, total number open on vendor order confirmations (and drill-down to see detailed order confirmation history)

  • Order Confirmations from Vendor:  2 to 3 years of confirmation history including shipment status, expected shipment date, payment terms, line item detail.

  • Product Line Authorization by Dealer: allow dealers to access only those product lines he/she is authorized to access.

  • Purchase Order Entry and Email directly to vendor. 

  • Rep Tools:  when a rep logs into Crik-IT, Crik-IT displays all customers associated with that rep.  The rep can drill down to see all detail associated with those customers, and can enter and email purchase orders and warranty claims on behalf of those customers.  Plus, the rep can access up-to-date sales reports anytime... by item, by customer, by order number... whatever they need!
