Contact Notes for vendor reps and staff to use.
Crik-IT provides vendor reps and staff with a web-based, centralized location to record notes about conversations, meetings, and issues.

Reps can record notes about dealer visits...  the A/R person can record notes about collection calls...  the sales manager can record notes about discount negotiations.

And, contact notes can be assigned someone else in the organization.  So, for example, a rep can record a pending contact note for the A/R manager, asking the manager to call a dealer about changing their credit limit.  Crik-IT automatically emails the person the note is assigned to to let them know a new task has been assigned to them.  And, if a pending contact note is past due, Crik-IT automatically emails the person responsible for that note reminding them of the outstanding task.

Crik-IT Contact Notes keep everyone in the vendor's organization on the same page.  Only reps and vendor staff can access contact notes.  Vendor customers/dealers cannot see them.

 

Reps and vendor staff can see all contact notes for any customer they have access to.

 

When a rep or vendor staff person logs into Crik-IT, they are shown any pending contact notes assigned to them.
