With
Crik-IT, hundreds of dealers are already trained
and up & running on Crik-IT. When another of
their vendors comes onto Crik-IT, they don't
have to learn a new username & password. They
don't have to learn a new navigational
structure. Dealers simply do not have
time to learn a different system for each of
their suppliers.
Vendors regularly ask us how we get so many
people using Crik-IT on a regular basis.
They tell us about the tens or hundreds of
thousands of dollars they have invested in
building a proprietary portal for their
customers to use, and THEY DON'T USE IT!
Of course they don't! It is unrealistic to
expect dealers to learn a different system for
every one of their suppliers (manufacturers AND
distributors). At best, a dealer will learn the
systems for the top 2 or 3 of their suppliers.
