We integrate with Epicor, Sage MAS90, Sage Accpac 100, Sage Pro, MYOB AccountEdge, QuickBooks (Online, Pro, Premier, Enterprise), and custom-built systems. If your software can export data, CrikSales can be configured to work with it.

Absolutely. Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure and HostDime infrastructure and protected by SSL encryption with server authentication. Only users you authorize can access your information.

For QuickBooks Online, you grant CrikSales permission to sync your data directly. Changes in QuickBooks appear in the portal within 5–30 minutes, and orders placed in CrikSales sync back to QuickBooks within 5 minutes during business hours. Other systems connect via our integration layer.

Yes. CrikSales is built to support customer-specific pricing, tiered pricelists, and channel-level pricing rules. Each customer sees only the pricing relevant to them when they log into the portal.
